Our unique 9 bedroom property comprises a rambling wisteria clad 17th Century farmhouse with a sleek modern timber glad guest suite with landscaped courtyard areas and outside dining, hot tub and kadai area for star gazing, games room, huge gardens with mini orchard and a newly planted woodland.

The character of the property reflects owner Kari Trajer Morgan's love of design, art and storytelling, influenced by the creative spirit of nearby Hay on Wye, internationally known for the annual Hay Literary Festival.

Westbrook Court sits on the Eastern edge of the Golden Valley with view across fields and wooded hills, with walking routes from the doorstep and across to the dramatic landscapes of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park.

Prices from just £40 per person, per night, based on 21 adults guests across 3 nights low season or £47 per person per night based on 21 guests across 7 nights in high season.

Our contemporary rural escape is 10 mins from Hay on Wye, 1 hour from Cardiff  & Bristol, 90 minutes from the Cotswolds, 2 hours from Birmingham area and 3 hours from West London.
