Our unique 9 bedroom property comprises a rambling wisteria clad farmhouse with a separate modern timber glad guest suite with landscaped courtyard areas and outside dining, hot tub and kadai area for star gazing, games room, huge gardens with mini orchard and a newly planted woodland.
Prices from just £40 per person, per night, based on 21 adults guests across 3 nights low season or £47 per person per night based on 21 guests across 7 nights in high season.
Our contemporary rural escape is 10 mins from Hay on Wye, 1 hour from Cardiff
& Bristol, 90 minutes from the Cotswolds, 2 hours from Birmingham area and 3 hours from West London.

All outside spaces are carefully planned to make the most of the stunning landscape, sensational far reaching views across the Wye Valley and the orientation of sunlight during different times of the day.
A range of bookable activities onsite and offsite including new Dark Skies experiences, wildlife safari's, nature journalling as well as the favourites like yoga, archery, canoeing, foraging, life drawing, truffle making plus many many more..
We can help you curate a memorable and extra special weekend or weekday stay with new activities and suggested itineraries onsite and offsite - all taken care of you so don’t have to! Leave the planning to us and we will create you a bespoke deal to including catering, activities, experiences quoted on a per person package within your specified budget.

- Outdoor seating area with brick built bbq and stunning views for 18 plus people
- XL wood fired hot tub and Kadai area for stargazing
- Games room with table tennis table and dart board and fitness/weights area within the rustic red brick barn
- Workshop room for group crafts/activities
- Childrens toys & books for the little ones and a range of fun boardgames for the older ones.
- Private wild fields & mini apple orchard & field walks for bug hunting, quiet yoga, bird watching, tree hugging, hedgerow foraging or just sitting on a picnic blanket enjoying the buzz of quiet country wilderness.
