Andrea Leiper
Wellbeing Interior designer and Surface Pattern Designer
Having been an interior designer for over 20 years, home environments and how they make you feel is one of my passions. I teach well-being and sustainable interior design courses too. Having run several businesses over the years, I am passionate in helping other women in their business journeys too.
My other passion is being creative and designing patterns for fabrics, wallpapers and stationary, drawing and designing is my happy zone, inspired by nature and travel.
I have 3 adult sons and a 14 year old son who came into our life as a foster child at 2 1/2 years old, we adopted him at 4 years old. I have an interest in Neuroplasticity which started whilst fostering and helping children with trauma to rewire their damaged thought processes. The transformation was amazing to witness.
I love being out in nature with Rosie my design assistant. Family road trips in our motorhome, gardening, yoga and reading whenever I get a free moment, I have a backlog of books, podcasts and audibles to catch up on.

Karen Williams
Personal and Professional Development Coach
As Mum to two grown up daughters, and to our cockerpoo Ted, I decided to retrain in my early forties, and start a new career, having become a single Mum. I knew that I wanted to support women as they navigate all things life and work, and make positive changes.
As the saying goes, "you can't pour from an empty cup", and I know from experience how challenging it can be to juggle everything. So I now use a blend of the skills I've learnt in my training as an Executive Coach and Mentor, clinical hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and outdoor coach, to encourage women to invest in, and prioritise themselves more. I love being in nature and enjoy coaching outside where possible. The natural world is a supportive, inspiring environment which can help us to be more creative, productive and focused, as well as being good for our physical and mental fitness.
In my free time I’m often found outside with my dog and my camera. I love playing tennis, the piano, spending time with friends or learning something. I always have far too many books and podcasts on the go but I absolutely love the work I do, and am really excited to be working with Andrea to create CWC, and what we hope and know will be a brilliant community for us all.

Sarah Price
Professional walking guide & owner of walking business ‘Walk Hay’
Having a passion for countryside walking, wellbeing, physical & mental health, and a background in the fitness industry from way back in the 90’s, I decided to put the brakes on my office job, & re-train as a lowland walk leader. As ‘lock-down’ decision, it has been the best career decision ever!
Having a business taking people put into the beauty of nature daily, is such a joy & a privilege. I get to witness walkers’ experiencing magical moments, and I can see their worries disappear along the footpath.
I am also a mother of a young adult daughter, and of a active 11 year old son. I feel very lucky to be part of a support family unit living in Hay-on-Wye, & despite the normal stress of juggling work, children, domestic stuff, & leisure time, I am absolutely ‘living the dream’ running my business as a woman in her early 50’s!
One of my core aims is to encourage, support, & enable women to spend some of their precious time out walking in our glorious countryside. We all know & recognise the benefits of being outdoors, and taking regular exercise, and it’s my mission to include as many women from as many backgrounds, abilities, & age-ranges, as I can on the walks that I lead.
‘Walk Hay’ I established in September 2022, & since then, I have learnt so much about the industry, myself, and have met so many wonderful individuals.
I intend to be guiding walks into the future for as long as I am able. This is not a job, it’s a vocation & a joy!

Kari Trajer Morgan
Small Business Entrepreneur
I am Australian born and bred, but my London background was in corporate and residential lettings alongside several of my own home renovations and Buy to Lets.
I moved to Hay on Wye in 2011 with my toddler daughter and husband and we fell in love with this dilapidated old house in this stunning local landscape and found a great community within the Golden Valley of Herefordshire. We’ve completely renewed and redeveloped the whole of Westbrook Court to create a welcoming hospitality business for a range of demographic of guests.. I’ve navigated how to successfully evolve and pivot my accommodation business in various directions and am happy to share my knowledge and my home with others on their own journey. I also find great joy in creating well designed spaces so I started taking on interior design projects for clients from 2014.
Now I’m an experienced interior designer and project manager with my own development business Westbrook Interiors and I’m the creative mind behind and the co-business owner of Westbrook Court Country House.
I am really excited to be co-hosting this inspiring retreat with my new friends Andrea, Karen and Sarah to continue conversations and share tips with like minded UK and Global nomads from the varied sectors of creatives, interiors, travel, hotels and property...
So…. Welcome to Westbrook Court!
