- Mother & Daughter Retreat
In partnership with Georgie Kundalini Yoga & Naomi Emmanuelle Beauty
Dates to be advised.
We are delighted to offer a three day escape the world retreat aimed at mothers with their teenage girls who want to find a quiet space to introduce a mindful joint yoga and wellbeing practice, while learning about how to make your own natural beauty products to take home. To learn techniques for finding quiet in this busy life filled with devices, learn new creative skills together to share again later and enjoy great company with new friends at the same life stage…
Georgie and Naomi have formed a dream team to create a nurturing space for relaxation, yoga, meditation and mixing your own face creams with foraged botanical ingredients across a whole weekend.
At Westbrook Court Country House, we offer boutique accommodation in the picturesque Golden Valley of Herefordshire. There are 8 rooms available for mothers with their teenage girls.
The mindfulness practices and the natural face cream creations and the friendships and connections you will learn and make on this weekend away will equip you both for the times ahead.

About your hosts...
Georgiana Treasure Evans
I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga, and practicing yoga therapy, with children, teens and adults for 16 years. I am also a Spiritual Healer and HypnoBirthing Practitioner and who offers guidance and support to parents, families and individuals.
I am passionate about truth and relationships and so my work focuses on holding safe spaces in which people can relax into a happy, honest relationship with their own truest self and with those around them.
My favourite job however is motherhood and my own three children and their friends have been coming to yoga on and off (it’s their choice!) from babyhood into their teens. My teaching style is open, organic, loving and fun.

Naomi Emmanuelle
I am a makeup artist and natural beauty coach who helps women heal their relationship with the way they look. Working with thousands of women over ten years in the beauty industry, I’ve begun to see how damaging modern beauty culture was to women. Rather than turn my back on it, I felt compelled to explore the true meaning of beauty. My work encourages women to divest their identity from beauty culture by exploring earth based beauty practises.
I believe that beauty is a legacy of women and that by connecting with it in a sacred way can be healing. I live in the Herefordshire countryside with my three children. I divide my free time between walking in the woods and writing short stories which nearly always end up being about beauty, identity, magic or all three.

I am Australian born and bred, but after a London career in property, I embarked on several of my own home renovations and building projects in the bustle of the big city. We saw a different path for our family after the arrival of our daughter, so we retreated to Hay on Wye in 2011 with my then toddler daughter and husband when we fell in love with this dilapidated old house in this stunning local landscape.
We found a great local community within the Golden Valley of Herefordshire, with inspirational and energising people all around us. We’ve completely renewed and redeveloped the whole of Westbrook Court to create a welcoming hospitality business for a range of demographic of guests.. I also find great joy in creating well designed spaces so I started taking on interior design projects for clients about 10 years ago.
Now my toddler is a beautiful teenage mightly girl, full of zest and sass and in planning our new retreats at Westbrook Court, that got me to thinking about sharing our inviting spaces to help other mothers connect with their own daughters in a quiet sanctuary away from the busy noisy real life world.
I am really excited to be co-hosting this inspiring retreat with my friends Naomi and Georgie. Who I know are a safe pair of hands to hold space for mothers and their daughters during their reconnection on their life journey.
So... Welcome to Westbrook Court!
